We Deliver via couriers, parcels are either delivered by Aramex, BEX, Courier Guy, Churchills & FastnFurious, Courier It etc.
Please order only if you comfortable waiting about 7 to 14 business days for your product. Delivery times vary from supplier to supplier. (Please note the said periods can also be much quicker - sometimes it can be within a much shorter period. We already had products delivered within 3 to 5 business days.)
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped.

The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you; Please allow up to 3 days processing time depending on the product ordered and chosen payment method. The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from the warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. Shipping will on average take between 3 and 14 business days plus up to 2 to 3 business days processing time. Courier Delivery Cost = from R100 - R120 (Certain products come from private suppliers using their own preferred couriers). If for whatever reason we are delayed in delivering your parcel we will keep you updated and will see to it that the product is delivered asap.
Our policy lasts 7 to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (depending on our suppliers' policies).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Please note: No return/refund/exchange on items where the reason indicated is: "It does not serve my / my family's expectations".
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
A restocking fee of 20% of the product price, will be asked in the event of a return.
